1: I got the hack to work, I just haven't figured out how to make the custom avatar to work.

2: I've changed my server, and I need to know how to have the avatars work from the new server, instead of them loading from the old server.

1.Inside the avatars directory make a new directory called "custom". To make a custom avatar work get the member number for the user from the "User Info & permissions" area in the CP. when you have the member number name the picture "membernumber.gif" replacing the "membernumber" with the member number of the user. The upload it and you can select it from your profile.

2.Change the paths.

This is up to the users. Been there, done that. The paths are not hard-coded...only relative paths....I STILL have many users who have not been in to their profile to select CUSTOM following the move....so the path saved in their profile STILL calls the old URL. Once they edit their profile, AND select CUSTOM for their avatar....it will still be called from the old URL. They MUST choose CUSTOM, even if the AVATAR appears. It still appears because it is being called from the old URL.
